tranquilizer ammo on detroit

hey, anyone remembers if there is any tranquilizer rifle ammo for sale/loot in detroit?
seurat and the merchant in the gas station dont have any for sale.

The other black market dealer might have some, but I can't remember. He was in an apartment building. I never really looked because I usually never carried the gun with me.

Yeah, those are the only two dealers in the Detroit hub area. If you wait 'til the next mission in Highland Park, there's an MCB dealer at the start who sells tranquilizer darts (he's not a typical dealer, though; you can only buy from him). If you need darts before then, you'll have to scrounge around for them. I think the makeshift clinic in one of the apartments might have darts (if you haven't been there yet).
