Does anyone know what the latest 105 mb update actually did?

I just had like 60+ games update at once, including this one. Most of them were 0 bytes, but I'm talking, like, visual novels from three years ago, too. I would hope this is something VR-related, but, again, VNs from three years ago.

Same here, massive updates on 30+ games and mostly 0 bytes.
But Deus Ex was not.

Is there really no way to find out? Because I'm really curious why they'd patch a game they stopped patching years ago.

It's funny because I finished the game just yesterday. At first thought it might be some kind of "reward". But obviously, it's not :C

DirectX redistributables. That applies to every other game that had a 100MB update

Somehow, my FPS got bumped from 60 to 75 after this patch. The build number inside the game remains the same 2.0.0.0.

Same Mag, I got an fps boost so I think they may have patched some port stuff to optimize it.

i got so many random updates for about 10 games in my library and non of them consist any information for these updates.
if its for directX as rpsgc said. i think valve have to manage dx and other software like this to download once for all games. yeah it would be great to save some space and time.

Wow, the response to this thread is insane! thanks, but as someone else said, it really should be mandatory to post update logs as it is on GOG!
