Gameplay-wise, I haven't run into any bugs at all.
Most of the other bugs aren't that bad, some dialogue bugs that might stop you from completing side quests, or sound bugs in asia that you have to go to another part of the city and return to get rid of them, stuff like that. To stop any gamebreaking bugs just do what you normally would do to keep such bugs down, save your game often so that if you run into them, you hopefully won't have to redo a big part of your current game to get back to the bugged area.
Again, most of those involve transfering from your current game map location into the next area, and those transfer points being bugged out so you can't use them, keeping you stuck in your current area. Just make sure to save often. The minor bugs you can do a search to see how to work around them.
The game is realy needs a good patch!
Thanks again. What a shame... this is a good game, what a rotten state to leave it in.
