Performance fixes?
Game has some stuttering issues after loading games or entering new areas and somehow Im not even hitting my monitors refresh rate, I only get like 180 fps @ 1080p.

Game is running on:
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER (EVGA)
953GB INTEL SSDPEKNW010T8 (Unknown (SSD))
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
32 GB DDR4 RAM

I'm a bit late, but these stutters are unfortunately a problem with the Director's Cut version. This is because the Director's Cut was made using code from an earlier version of Human Revolution that had this stuttering issue. The stuttering issue was fixed for the regular release but for some dumb reason they used the older version for the DC. Maybe try switching from DX11 to DX9 in the settings? I know that it's been a help for my rig. That's really the only fix i have found that helps me significantly.

I ended up finishing the game. Somehow, this game ended up being more optimized than the sequel that Im trying to go through now lol.

If you give it another shot, turn off DX12 and MSAA. For some reason MSAA will cause even current gen cards to play like ♥♥♥♥ in this game, and DX12 apparently does really nothing but cause more crashes.

There are some registry changes you can try to fix the stuttering, it did nothing here, I already played the game 4 times, you just end up ignoring it, since it mostly happens in the hub cities.

Open the Start Menu and type in regedit

In HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Eidos\Deus Ex: HRDC
Set D3D11_CREATE_DEVICE_PREVENT_INTERNAL_THREADING_OPTIMIZATIONS to 1
Set AllowJobStealing to 0

(Nvidia only) In HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Eidos\Deus Ex: HRDC\Graphics
Set AtiForceFetch4 to 0

I also played MD 4 times, 3 on a Core 2 Quad + GTX 750 Ti + Windows 7 and now on a Ryzen 5 1600AF + Windows 10 and it works fine.

It`s good to turn OFF V-Sync in Mankind Divided as well, both versions add A LOT of input lag.
Use FullScreen Windowed to use Windows` V-Sync (turn off Exclusive Fullscreen).

MSAA uses too much VRAM and is pretty unecessary with this TAA implementation.

DirectX 12 is terrible.

It`s once again hard to know what Tessellation is even applied to and it seems to be the cause of white dots appearing on characters.

The only time I had frequent crashes was because my GPU overclock was too strong, beware.

Also, you can use overlays to benchmark stuff but leave only Steam`s Overlay when actually playing for the best stability.

If an AMD card is being used, should AtiForceFetch4 be disabled?

Sorry didn't receive notification.
Probably not, other places say this is a fix for Nvidia.

It doesn't help.
