Question about the Tindall quest

I'm trying to get the achievement where you beat the game without setting off any alarms.

When you're investigating Tindall's computer, a guy walks into the apartment and your status immediately becomes Alarmed. Does this count against the achievement, and if so, can I skip to the next part of the quest without triggering this event?

No, Foxiest of the Hounds refers to physical alarms. You can have enemies go all the way to hostile without ruining this achievement.

Thanks a bunch. Another question, though: Is there somewhere, like a stats screen or something, that shows me if I triggered a physical alarm?

Nope. You just have to play carefully. You can kinda watch and see if you get the Smooth Operator bonus after each mission, but it's a finnicky achievement.
