Game disables my keyboard's ability to change language

Hello everyone, I recently wanted to give this game another spin since it's been a while ever since I last played it. I know it's riddled with bugs but the one I got is pretty weird and I haven't managed to find a solution for it. Everytime I launch the game, it disables my keyboard's ability to change languages and sets it on my native language (not english). There's no way for me to fix that, I have to reboot the PC to make everything run normally. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix that?

I've got the same problem as you, it happens in Dishonored too. You can bring it back without a reboot with Windows 10, by going into region and language and changing your preferred language.
