Where is the helipad storage unit?
In the pocket secretary there is a mention of someone stealing stuff from the helipad storage uniit. Where is the location?

When you exit the door to the helipad, head to the back and to the right (NE), there is a ladder, drop down, hack (L5), voila !!

There are no people in the game and my game does not continue. What is the problem?
I opened all the rooms in the building I read everything but I couldn't figure it out I'm standing on the helipad and there are no people should I start over
