Talion A D Quest bug
The next objective i'm given is to read the dead soldiers pocket secretary, I did and the story doesn't progress and the objective stays uncompleted. Is this a common bug?

It's very common, happens to everyone. Not sure if glitch or not, but after retrieving the dead soldier's pocket secretary you're supposed to look for the guy in the sewers. You can go down to the sewers by jumping down into the ditch by the Alice Garden Pods. Or you know, hook up a vid walkthrough. It's a rather confusing quest.

The guy for this Achiv. Is in the Sewers right below the group in between two bridges, you get info that they are there by going to the hackers basement. He is sitting by the letter with 3 men, im not sure of you discovered them. After you knock them out you get an achievm.

Yeah, these guys are correct. You have to find the men in the sewers.

This is 100% a bug that has never been fixed. After you find Zelazny, the quest finally updates and instead of a green checkmark next to "Read the dead agents pocket secretary" it's a greyed out dash, as if you skipped it.
