can I skip to this game?
Hola, Im new to this franchise. I dont really want to complete previous games (game before this got terrible ratings, and previous ones look bad in graphics. Will I miss a lot in story if I start with this game? Protagonist seems different, so mayB it doesnt matter?

This game and Mankind Divided are set before the original, old Deus Ex game. So yes, you can play Human Revolution without fear of spoilers.

The original Deus Ex is definitely dated by now, but the free Revision mod does its best to bring it up to date (you need to own the original game to be able to use Revision).

this game is devoid of all fun. the original and its sequel are not. gotta get over that graphics ♥♥♥♥ syndrome and you will begin to enjoy some real games

Yes, you can skip to this game. DX OG is ancient, and uses very outdated mechanics. It's still a great game, but you need a total conversion mod like GMDX to actually play it, as well as directX 9 renders, and an updated launcher.

The fall and invisible war are both largely ignored in continuity. Only DX OG, DX HR, and DX MD matter.

Yes you can :) Human Revolution is the beginning of a whole new trilogy without connection to the previous games, Mankind Divided is the sequel and part 3 will started to be developed soon.
