Belltower ship area (potential spoilers)
So is this belltower ship area an optional sequence? Or Is it some extra content for Director's Cut edition of the game? Because I can't quite remember it in my prev walkthroughs of regular edition.

I also retrieved way less praxis points than I have invested and stored. Are they going to return to me? Please, say yes :)

The Rifleman Bank Station is part of the DLC, The Missing Link, which is included with the Director's Cut

Yeah, it's from the DLC.
About Praxis, you get 8 at the beginning, no matter what. The ones you already had, you get at the end of the DLC. There'll be a conversation with an NPC who'll ask you to grab your items before leaving.

The original game does not have missions to save Tong's son and the mission where you are on the ship and than on the offgrid station in the sea.
