Namir
So I am really stuck. I am so close to my first playthrough on Give me Deus Ex. Now I want to beat Namir, but my Augs are disabled. How do I beat him? I am on a non-Weapon build and I am not able to figure out how to beat him. Usually I use my hacking skill to use turrets against boss fights but this doesn't work. I am really annoyed at the moment because I do not want to lower difficulty and I don't want to use guns on my own. I have never done it in the playthrough and I really don't like the idea that I have to use weapons now...

I guess I have to re-load a previous savegame?

There's a strategy that works against all the bosses, is dull as dirt, but might just help you out of that pickle. Might slightly ruin the game for you, though, but here goes:

Just shoot him with the stun-gun. Takes a lot of shots, but he'll just stand there, twitching, until he falls down.

If you don't want to do that one, then spamming grenades and/or mines work pretty well.

Hope either help.

I grabbed a turret and moved it across the map. I really liked the idea of blocking the augmentations but some other way to get rid off Namir would have been nice.

Bombing the hell out of him is the best way. He's actually a really easy boss to beat; the trick is that you lure him to jump over the maze wall, but you plant mines where you think he will land/walk. I beat him with all my augs disabled and no military augs. It doesn't take too many mines either. Other explosives might also work.

The remote charges work as well but require timing - mines are self-operating, so they're a drop-and-forget solution. (Well, don't forget; they'll go off on you just as well as him.)

The magnum with the exploding rounds upgrade is also a good choice, but the reload time is a killer and it will take more hits than with mines.

Grenades & Mines are very effective against the bosses, mostly because you can catch them in stunlock with the explosions. On the hardest difficulty they seem to take about 6 or 7 direct explosions.

For Namir, the actual trick using explosives is to anticipate the jump - or predict the landing. Either way you're paying attention to his movement and trying to snare him in your own trap.

If you are able to get him quick, the fight is over in less than a minute.
