Собрал все шляпы во 2 главе, достижение не дали, в коллекции пишет 0 шляп из 12, как мне их собрать если их нет уже в этой главе, начинаешь сначала главу их там нету попросту и как мне получить это достижение и не могу профиль новый создать, первый раз такое вижу, раньше можно было про�...

I collected all the hats, but my count went back to zero and I didn't get the achievement. And they aren't present in the game when I try to "complete collections." None of the other collectibles were affected by this bug. (Edit: I've now completed everything in the game with the exception of the hats and the associated puzzle. Wish their was a way to reset this. Total bummer.)...

The puzzle is not available after you complete it in main game as its not showing up in the extras mini game section. Please fix. This is the puzzle on the floor at backdoor in chapter 2 the bonus chapter.

Is it true that a player name can no longer be created in the game or other names can be created for those in my family who also want to play the game but want to achieve their own achievements? This was now possible in all the games that "Five-BN-Studio" has released so far. The makers of the game have not responded to my feedback by email for months, so I'm just asking this way....

I think I missed morphing objects in Chapt 1 but when I click on Chapt 1, it starts me all over even if I don't click on Start Over
