Unclear language
This game doesn't always communicate itself very well. Some descriptions for special abilities talk about "arm" damage. I figured that meant the word arm, as in your strength, as in the icon that is a hand. Instead, I've figured out that "arm" is short for "armor", which means that there are two terms for the same thing, "arm damage" and "break damage". That is very confusing!

In another example, I decided to look at my formations before deciding to attack or retreat. I was advised that I would be fine if I "kept my armies together," or something like that. I chose the option "give the order" which took me to a battle. I don't appreciate action-movie type phrases in my games. If I choose to "give the order" in a computer game, I expect that means that I will be given a list of orders to give. I am certainly not meaning to tell the game that I want to attack the enemy like I am a general in a cliched made-for-TV movie.

You've read this far, why not listening to me rant for a bit more? SPOILERS. The girl was about to be killed by a dredge. I was told that I could fire an arrow at the dredge. So I did that. Then the games tells me, sorry bro, I forgot to mention, the girl is actually in the way, so shooting the dedge is actually a much riskier move than you thought. That is some straight-up choose-your-own-adventure BS. I like games where everything is going to **** and every choice is far from ideal, but I don't think it's fair to omit important details that could be communicated in seven words.

Yeah, the game's jargon (ARM=armor, STR=strength, WP=willpower etc) should be better described, or introduced/accessed altogether somehow. Maybe something like an encyclopedia? The one unknown I had was the "AGGRO" term, which means that the AI tends to ignore/focus more on you.

The language issue is something that bothers me a bit too. Nothing serious, but I believe the game could profit form a polishing in that department ;-)

GDI when will people realize that simply typing "SPOILERS" in the middle of a line is not enough if people read fast.
