No problem. And thank you for your quick response and passing this information to the developer.
Does it happen consistently (reproducible) or just once? This sounds like a memory leak, e.g. if you leave the game/battle idle for a long time. Have you tried any of these solutions: http://steamcommunity.com/app/237990/discussions/0/492378265879611983/
From what I've heard: Yes; the real question is: "When?". I suppose that with the porting process streamlined from TBS1, the delay (from first release on Steam Windows/Mac) will be much smaller for TBS2.
Checking the cache integrity worked! Thank you very much.
Yes... This bug is quite elusive and a clean reproduction hasn't been accomplished yet =/ You might wanna send your log files to Stoic to help them.
1. Go here: ...\AppData\Roaming\TheBannerSaga\Local Store\gamelog (Windows OS)
2. e-mail them all the .txt files found in there, to support@stoicstudio.com
3. Stress what bug it is in your email text ("Continue button not working after battle") and also tell them approximately the date when it happened, so it can be more easily found in the logs.
Don't expect an immediate reply, as they are botched with finalizing Saga2 atm. They will look into it though, as this is also an issue in Saga2.
