Bjorg av Leander, +2 Armor per turn, is that right? What is upper limit?

This is a marketplace item at a hefty 25 renown, but might be worth it. It would make a unit unkillable. So am I getting this right? Every turn, even it the unit just sits there, it gets +2 armor? Is the upper limit of the armor the maximum allowable armor of the unit, or can it super power above that limit?

The bonus is only for broken ARMor. It can never exceed the unit's initial ARM (at the start of the battle). Also, it should be noted that the bonus is given at the *ending* of the unit's turn (not the start).
