Banner Saga don`t start in MAC

Hi i having some troubles to start Banner Saga after the last update
The game simple don`t start.

Banner Saga 2 work fine, but Banner Saga stop working.

I Uninstalled it and re-instaled and now i get another problem...

Already made everything in the Steam Support tips, and nothing resolve...
My adobe flash is fine, my Banner Saga 2 works well, but Banner Saga don`t work.

It's probably Adobe Air Runtime causing problems. You could try manually changing it to another version (older, preferrably) and see what happens.

Hi @Khatie, I have the same (or very similar) problem as the OP: both TBS1 and TBS2 no longer start. TBS3 works fine. I Have tried uninstalling Adobe Air but was not succesful (can't find the uninstaller, tried a lot of different ways).

Hi @timitos - please try completely uninstalling and reinstalling the games and they should install with the proper redist files for you. If that does not work please let us know. Thank you!

Same error, on a Mac. Deleted and reinstalled Banner Saga, and I get a disk write error. Banner Saga 2 is fine.

I managed to solve the issue by deleting all Banner Saga data in the Application Support folder (directly and in the Steam sub folder). Not sure what was strictly necessary though. Hope that helps.

how to do that, I have same error , any more light and detail? where is the application support folder

You should be able to find it here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common

I can confirm that you can solve the disk write error when you reinstall the first game on Mac by deleting the content of Library/Application support/TheBannerSaga/
