Report a translation problem
You need to download the openal binaries https://www.openal-soft.org/openal-binaries/ , then in the
zip, take the file "soft_oal.dll" in bin/win64* and to rename it "OpenAL32.dll" and replace the one present in the game files. You can easily open your game files from your library with right-click > Manage > Browse local files.
*the original poster said win32, but for me only the win64 one worked -- presumably it depends on your version of Windows
