Runner Joker starts at 20 chips and upgrade +10 whenever you play a Straight. So it works on all hands, and upgrade itself when Straight is played.

Yep. Same as spare trousers in the demo, which upgrades every time you play a hand that contains two pair, but always adds its mult.
