Will this game also teach me to play plain regular Poker? Does it have that mode as well?
I am interested to be able to play regular normal poker as well.
Thank you

Knowing the hands is good enough and which hands trumps what hand etc..

Let’s say it will help to play single player poker, not the bluffing game

No. There are a few varieties of poker that are played professionally. The most recognized style is Texas Hold’em. I recommend you start there.

Real poker doesn't generally have any cards made of glass.

it could be very fun that some cards can't be hidden

I'm reminded of one of my favorite jokes from Stephen Wright: "Last night I stayed up late playing poker with Tarot cards. I got a full house and four people died."

No. It will just teach you about which hand is better than another, which you can literally learn by looking that up and printing out a half sheet of paper. This game contains none of the other rules in poker games, most notably that poker is played against other players. Poker is also a betting game, not just a "best hand wins" game. Betting in itself is the most important aspect of poker. You can win at poker even if you have bad hands, if you know how to bet and learn how the other players bet. In this game, you are only playing hands for points; no betting; no other players.
sort of but a version of poker that people rarely play. texas hold em is the real poker and has different more complicated rules.

A better game for that would be governor of poker 2 avaible on steam and phone devices. It's PVE and has the same save system as this game (meaning you can quit whenver you want). It's very easy to run as well. The PC version is better because it has all the animations and doesn't add a paid cheat (that I avoid using anyway)

This game is terrible for teaching you poker, the only knowledge you can transfer is from poker to this game.
