Impractical Jokers

No matter how many times I watch/play the game I can't help but feel like there should be some reference to the Impractical Jokers: Q, Joe, Sal, and Murr. Not sure how it would be worded, but maybe if you play a hand containing only 4 face cards(any 4 face cards), you would 1.5x the other 3 cards and then destroy or debuff one of the face cards randomly as a punishment. Something like that.
