Is this supposed to happen?

In this picture ( https://imgur.com/a/k2AAx4a ) you can see the score of the hand I just played. The joker "Blackboard" is supposed to give a 3x multiplier if all cards played are spaded or clubs. Funnily enough, it only works when I play diamonds and hearts. Is this a bug? Does this perhaps have something to do with the smeared joker?

Blackboard works when all cards held in hand are spades or clubs. This means that after you play your hand for the turn, all the cards left need to be spades or clubs.

The joker is x3 if cards remaining in your hand are all clubs/spades, not the cards you just played
