How to remove the joker that roasts you?

Just finished my first run of Balatro and I was ready to immediately start a new run when I saw the joker roast me on my loss.

All I can ask is why? Losing is an integral part of any roguelike, so why would the dev make a game mechanic punishing players for losing?
I can't do this if this is what awaits me at the end of every run. I immediately lost the motivation to keep playing.

Maybe I'll give it a try again later tonight, but for now I need to put it down and find something else to do.

Unzip the executable, then in the localization folder pick the language you use and open it in a text editor. Search for quips, and replace the text on the ones with lq_# to whatever supportive message you need to not cry yourself to sleep at night over losing a poker game, save the file, and replace it inside the executable with 7-zip (Winrar doesn't work).

Yeah this is a jester farm. If you are this fragile you wouldn't be on steam forums, or any human interactions for that matter.

But on the small chance you are this frail and pathetic; the joker compliments you if you win, so just try to not be such a massive loser.

There's no reason to be so cruel

It doesn't make them frail and pathetic. Being kind takes nothing, you know. You could have just reassured them that the jester compliments you when you win. You don't have to resort to insults

Jester farmers don't deserve kind words for they'll say far worse things to get those awards.
