Each game is generated from seed, so if you want to go back to a game you lost, you could use the same letters/numbers comprising the seed from that game, to see if you can win in a do-over -- or at least that's how I interpreted it.

Seed is what generates all and every random event in the game, if you use a set seed, your starting hands, cards you get when you discard cards, the jokers you get on shop 1 and everything else will be the exact same. So on a set seed, someone could say, on this seed you get the Blueprint Joker on shop 1 and on Shop 2 2nd refresh you get Brainstorm, some people even make a walkthrough of absolutely every action they take to be able to reproduce the exact game using Tools Assisted Runs. And also, it can be used to replay the exact same scenario.

I use it in a different way, I give a set seed to 4 friends and tell them to race, since everyone has the same "luck" one can't simply win because he got a lucky joker on shop 1, because if 1 of them is lucky, every single one of them will be as lucky because its the same seed.

You understand now?

And the stakes, theres 9 i think, or 8, but they must be accomplished for every different deck you can play with, so 8 stakes * 15 different decks = 120 total chips or some other multiplication making 120 as total 10 * 12 maybe

thanks for your responses. i kind of thought what seed was. Ive seen it in other games like Terraria, never messed around with it, never really saw a purpose for it.
