Yes, Thunderstore does I believe, I've tried to do mods for other games manually but I must be dumb lol because they don't work whenever I try it?
I use Thunderstore because it basically does the job for me I think? Whenever I boot up a modded game using Thunderstore (Take for example something like Enter the Gungeon or Rounds) it boots the game up through steam and boots another menu similar to the one I mentioned before (the "INFO - LOVELY" one) and just shows all the mods and tools loaded.
Why it doesn't work with Balatro in particular, despite the fact that it Thunderstore clearly supports the game (it has a list of supported games it has running it and on its site), I have no clue.
You can go to the Balatro game files folder and open the exe with for example 7zip and simply put the files in the respective places. Be aware that you're actively overwriting the game files that way, so if you repair the files or the game getting an update you most likely need to redo it, so i would recommend to backup your mods somewhere.
