Help understanding fortune teller.

It seems to not be counting all the tarot cards I play. Does it only count ones created through seals? Do the arcane packs count? What about ones in the shop? I tried both ways from the shop, buy and play now and just buy then played from my consumables slot but neither seems to have counted towards the multiplier

Any help is appreciated.

All tarot cards used at any point in the run will contribute towards fortune teller, there is no instance of using a tarot where it won't work with it.
