lovely is a virus?

Lovely is not an antivirus. I'm pretty sure why it's flagged is because certain types of installers will get flagged as viruses no matter what (Also I wouldn't trust certain antiviruses in any regard whatsoever, such as McAfee or Norton, and many antiviruses are worse than what they prevent).
If lovely is being deleted by the built-in Windows antivirus (which happened to me) you can turn off "real time protection," allow Balatro as an exception and download lovely, then re-enable the protections.

It's an injector that allows Balatro to be modded.

it is not a virus many ppl have it and it also says in installition guide that it may say its a virus and not to care about it

lovely uses the same injection methods that many viruses uses to mod the game, it's just the intent of those methods isn't malicious.
