That's for achievements, not unlocks.
Though we're gonna have to see The Tribe's spot in your collection to tell if it's actually still locked or not.

nvm, I'm a clown. Took me 10 times reading your answers to actually correctly order the definitions of unlocked and undiscovered in my head. Thx @ Mr. Tact and Goblin.

It is unlocked, but undiscovered. Nothing to see here anymore.

Edit: To my defense, there was no "Joker unlocked" screen like I had gotten for all other Jokers before and since.
