Fellow card game enthusiast might have noticed that on the popular MTG card search website scryfall(dot)com appear a random set of MtG-themed Balatro cards.

Does anyone has any more info than this?
Could this be a silent teaser for a huge update?

I also noticed! they were fully unique jokers themed around MTG, so I doubt it's a collab and much more probably just fan-art by MtG community members... but who knows, an MtG mod would go hard!

You can mod MtG cards into the game very easily. I have my Vampire joker replaced by Sengir Vampire, for example. I also have MtG card backs for the Magic Deck.

wouldnt doubt that somebody is modding to replace thee one set of card arts.

for me, they are all fine and usable, besies the one set. they replace the face carrds but not with something resembling a face card......there not even really human oid, how am i supposed to tell a jack from a king or a queen if they are essentially hommunculi
