Report a translation problem
It gets stronger every time you play a type of hand you have not played the most and resets if you do.
So as an example:
The hands you have played during this run are
High card x 3
Two Pair x 8
Flush x 28
Rest x 0
The Obelisk gets stronger every time you play a hand that is NOT a Flush. If you keep playing 20 Two Pairs (and no Flush in between) you will have played 28 Two Pairs and 28 Flushes, so it will reset if you play another Two Pair OR another Flush.
The way you want to use obelisk is to either pivot your build so you are able to scale it or to play a ton of one hand before clearing a blind so other hands will not come close (personally I like to play around 10-15 pairs/two pairs, giving my run tons of breathing room while still allowing me to play high card for hand-discards).
