Debug mode glitch

So since i own the game on mobile, i bought it on pc so i can try out modding and stuff, when i discovered that the game on PC had a Debug menu in it. There is only one guide that teaches you on how to do it but i follow the EXACT steps even with Winrar and 7 zip and i get 2 errors by using those
7 zip: "Not implemented"
Winrar: "This File is corruped"
Ive basically tried everything even refreshing and stuff but it wont work.
Sorry this might sound stupid enough but i almost own every single collection on my phone
