Game gets extremely laggy and crashes after a while

I'm really really confused about this. After playing the game for a while, it eventually begins to lag a lot. Then it just freezes up and crashes. Does anyone else have this issue?

No, it's definitely not my hardware.

RTX 3080, R7 5800X3D, 32GB RAM.
I noticed that after a while of playing the RAM spikes at almost 100% and then the game crashes. Found another case of this happening in the forums.

Enable V-Sync.

V-Sync doesn't help either. No matter whether turned on or off, after a while of playing the RAM usage goes through the roof and crashes the game. It has to be the game itself. No other game does that for me.

That really sounds like a memory leak to me, Had the same with EDF 4.1 and some other games. I have no idea how to fix it, except maybe just playing and when it gets laggy restarting the game and continuing the run

basically what seems to have started for me just today, been playing for a few days, everything fine, and now its freezing my computer for a second multiple times then the game crashes

im also having this issue, ram starts to climb and game force quits, sounds like memory leak

i found it turning off discord screenshare fixed it for me, no more memory leak

same! bought the game yesterday and today started doing the same thing, i play for like 5mins and freezes and crashes

For me it was Razer's gaming mode on my keyboard. It would take up all of my ram for some reason

400+ hours of playing I've never had the game lag even on my relatively underpowered laptop with the exception of the rare times where the game is triggering about 200 things per hand played. So I'd wager it's not something wrong with the game itself. Sounds like some weird PC parts interaction. Do you ever have the same issue with other games?
