I must be very unlucky because almost 24 hours into this game, not even one time has a '1 in 4 chance' card worked for me. They should be labeled 1 in 1000 chance.

EDIT: Turns out I might have been mistaken about the Joker already having foil. It was Triboulet and looked foil-ish to me at the time. But the code would not allow for such a thing so scratch that part. But finally working on the 21st try and it being on a Legendary Joke ain't too bad i guess.

if you think of 25% like correctly guessing two coin flips in a row, that’s not very easy either

At the start of every day there is a 1/4 chance of a wheel thread being made and that never changes, but it not happening for a while convinced everyone the odds were surely different.

This was a joke about how often people make posts on these forums genuinely claiming wheel is not a 25%. The actual in-game wheel of fortune is genuinely a 25% chance but people are really bad at comprehending probability because of a bunch of psychology you don't need to learn about.

I've played 27h and I got something out of Wheel of Fortune at least 3 or 4 times. It's not supposed to be a reliable thing, it's supposed to be the thing you pick instead of skipping a tarot pack when the other cards are so bad you'd rather not use any of them.

I got three consecutive polychrome hits a while back which according to my quick math was about a one in half a million chance, so I've definitely used up enough luck for a dozen of these topics.
