Victory screen "problem"
In my humble opinion, the victory screen after you beat ante 8 should be set up differently. My problem is that I keep accidentally clicking "New Run" when I want to keep going on endless. I know it sounds stupid but just today I've had 5+ absolutely amazing runs ruined because I'm used to just pressing "X" on my joystick to skip to the next round. I do this instinctively and automatically and I keep messing up my runs for achievements. I know the problem is silly and that I'm actually the problem, but wouldn't it be better to just have it automatically go to endless (or for joystick users to have "X" be for endless mode) for dummies like myself? It's definitely a lot easier to just exit an endless run if you don't want to do it, but horrible vice versa. Am I the only one having this problem?

I just posted a comment to the same effect in the bugs topic because I didn't know where else to put it. Absolutely +1. With a mouse you have to manually hover over and click new run but with a controller it's way too easy to accidentally hit the same button you've been hitting to proceed after every ante and irreversibly end your run. It has only happened to me a couple times in hundreds of hours but it's very annoying.

Just having it default instead to continue would be enough. Worst case scenario then is you need to back out and start a new one. But once you hit new run the continue button is gone forever even if you're just on the deck select screen.

A weird thing just happened when I opened the game, yesterday I did the same exact same thing and quit out by Alt+F4 and apparently that lets you continue the run when you start up the game again? I guess its a temporary solution or an "exploitable" bug, will have to see again if it work or not.

Probably the biggest issue with the New Run button is that there is no "Back" option - if you click on it, you're forced to start a new run. Closing and re-opening the game is the only way out of this since the game auto-save at the victory screen, allowing you to get back to Cash out and continue.
