helped balatro NEED HELP

I have this issue with modded balatro, whenever i boot up the game the "mod" button on the main menu isn't there, and when i lok at the second tap that opens showing the mod logs it says "No API located"
i have both lovely's DLL, steammods, cryptid and talisman downloaded. i've searched everywhere and even followed video and text guides to the letter, nothing works.
Any help is much appreciated!

I'm not super great with modding but I'd check to make sure that you're using the right version of Steamodded or follow the official installation guide.

this sadly did not work, i think i'll have to try other solutions, i'll tinker around and post if i figure anything out
