Blue Seal not working

I have Perkeo Joker which has created three negative Arcana cards in the consumable section, and I also had a Jupiter card there. So in total, it was showing 4/5 cards. I played a Holographic Blue Seal 8 of Clubs. My expectation was that the Blue Seal would create another Jupiter card into the consumable area because there is 1 space free, but it didn't, I still only have 1 Jupiter card.

Edit: I realized after trying again that the card is supposed to remain in my hand. I tried that also and it did not create another Jupiter card.

2nd Edit: Tested again holding it in my hand and it didn't work. The Jupiter card was in the 4th position all the way to the right. I moved it to the 1st position to the left and then another Jupiter card was created.

Blue seals must remain in hand to activate, not be played.

Blue seals will create respective planet cards based on the played hand after the round ends, not when played. To get Jupiter from a blue seal you need to hold it in hand and win with a flush.

Probably too late at this point but did you take a screenshot of your setup when it was not working? Hard to know exactly what's going on with just a description.

End of round isn't just playing a hand, it's specifically playing a hand that reaches or exceeds the chip target of the blind.

IT DOES NOT COPY PLANET CARDS. When in your hand at the end of the round, it creates a planet card respective to the last hand you played (for example, if the final hand you play is 3 of a kind, it will create Venus).
