Design : Standard Joker design, but akin to Doc in "Back to the Future", it's white hair vs the hat, white outfit, and black googles
Effect : While this joker is in your possession, anytime you play a scored hand, you can then choose the same number of cards as those scored, and then discard those cards to draw the previous ones.
So it's a themed "undo" sort-of in the sense that you can at least get the hand back if you mis-played it, but can also leverage it to "buy back" your previous hand for higher blinds when you get dealt that one hand that kills the run.
Plus - being tied to discards sorta stifles it breaking some others, as you wouldn't discard all your hands immediately for that one Joker to work now as you might need that last discard.

Playing either of those cards resets the multiplier to 0, and resets with the current first and/or last card in your hand.
Ask a lawyer how close you can get to the Batman villain before DC sues you, then be slightly less blatant than that.
Honestly, there are so many places you can go with this. The only sure thing is that it should it's too unpredictable for anyone to truly evaluate how strong it is, because that is itself the only real constant of the character.
All jokers with editions give X1.5 mult
It could lead to some neat builds where you end up picking jokers you typically wouldn't based on their editions similar to baseball card with uncommons or madness with eternals. It'd also buff the vouchers that improve the odds for editions and anaglyph deck negative skip would actually be viable.
