If from the main menu you go: Collection/Blinds, you'll see the detail about blinds.
Small blinds score are equal to the amounts on the left, so it depends on the ante. Then Big blinds are x1.5 those amounts (you can see that if you hover Big Blind). And the Boss Blinds are generally x2 those amounts, except for three of them.
Stake level can also impact those numbers.
Game is won by beating the ante 8 boss. Then if you want you can continue in endless mode, or start a new run, as you wish. Endless is more for fun or to test how far you can go. It also can help to unlock some achievements or jokers if you have a specific objective in mind. Like having $400 in bank, for example.
Good luck!
One last question, I saw a voucher that did ante -1 and hand limit -1, would that end the game after ante 7 boss then? or is there any point other than make things easier and give an extra round?
It can help if you're struggling and you think you'll lose, by making your current ante easier, but the -1 hand is a big downside.
