Blackboard Joker doesnt ignore Stone Cards?

Cards with the Stone Enhancement have the descirption of having "no suit and rank" but keeping a stone card in hand that used to be a diamond card still gets counted as a diamond card by the stone joker and he doesnt trigger with it in my hand. I have to use The Moon or The World on the stone crad first, to change it's suit to clubs or spades and only then does the blackboard not count it anymore. Shouldn't a stone card with "no suit or rank" get ignored by The Blackboard?

All stone cards, regardless of original suit, will stop blackboard from activating if held in hand.

Stones are neither clubs nor spades and so prevent blackboard from triggering.

Not your case, but another joker that has funny interaction with stone cards is vampire. If you use a stone card vampire will remove it, but it will score, regardless of the hand color, number, etc, which was unexpected. I had synergized with stone joker and other stuff like midas joker, which eventually earned me a pretty decent x mult and ante 8 victory.
