Blank vouchers ?
So you have to buy/redeem 10 of them, is that required in a single run or is it universal and once you buy them in total, you unlock the secret joker?

It's universal, as you can only get one copy of a voucher per run. Once you buy the blank, no other blanks can show up for the rest of the run.

It doesn't unlock a joker, but it does unlock its upgraded counterpart, which will only show up once you buy a blank in future runs.
