Problems with the Steam version that doesn't occur on Game Pass

I've first played balatro on Game Pass as it never caught my eye when it launched, after playing it I enjoyed it so much that I decided to buy it on Steam for various reasons, the problem is that the Steam version of the game has some issues that I don't find in the Game Pass one.

I have mainly 2 problems, the first one being that whenever I change the focus of the game while being on borderless, like clicking on another monitor or doing an alt+tab, it flickers black as if it was set on fullscreen but less extreme, it happens every time I enter or leave the balatro window. And the second one is that whenever I share the screen on discord the game crashes and discord freezes, the only time it doesn't happen is when using windowed, I've also tried to record with obs and it didn't crash but the recording was fully black, both discord and obs were tested sharing/recording the whole screen, as well as, only the balatro window, in both cases the same result happened. I've also had problems while doing screenshots that didn't happen on the Game Pass version.

Neither of these issues happen with the Game Pass version of balatro so I would like that the steam version was updated to solve these annoying issues.

It's an issue with steam overlay. The game itself is 100% the same

I've tried to disable the steam overlay and the issue continues, also I checked both exes and the config.lua file is different between the steam and gamepass version of the game
