raised fist not working

I don't receive +20 melt with 10s or face cards and other card are inconsistent. I don't have any modified cards in deck yet either.

It's a 'card held in hand' effect, not a 'card played' effect, so if you think you were triggering it on face cards I suspect you misunderstood.

The wiki page implies that in fact you can strategically include low cards in your played hand to increase the Raised Fist value.

As ulzgoroth said, it is double of the lowest card in hand, but also the lowest card in hand won't give mult if it's debuffed by a boss blind.
