Does anyone know if there's a way to skip this bugged pack?

I was about to hit my first gold stake run :( Opened a pack and the game froze very weirdly, even got a crash report afterwards... But now it just freezes every time I load the run

Oof, a run softlock with double Canio gotta hurt.
Do you remember how you got a glitched pack in the shop? I know of a similar crash if you reroll the boss blind while in a free arcana/spectral/planet pack screen after skipping a blind. But this only happens after you leave the shop, which apparently you didn't yet.
Either way, I think your run is dead and you must start a new one, unfortunately.

By the way you probably already know this, but you might want to drag that Fortune Teller joker to the left of your X Mult jokers.

I had just launched the game and loaded, I had to stop mid run because I was also queuing up in league of legends :P
After loading, I opened two packs and it crashed after opening the second pack, but it gave me that crash report screen I printed. That actually happened twice. After that, it just froze like in the first image.

And yea, believe it or not, it also glitched the joker order O.O

Just loaded the game and went in the run I was doing, it glitched like this:
