Get something scaling like Green or Bus, grab an economy joker like Golden or Riff-Raff and snowball money to buy the Celestial Packs. At some point you can slowly incorporate xMult into all the joker slots for a win.
Easier said than done, but this gameplan is more straightforward and steady than other decks.
I usually go for High Card or Pair on this deck because you can keep the economy jokers for longer with more open joker slots, scale the flat mult harder and more consistently use gold cards/blue seals.
