Else, if you want to go a lot deeper than ante 13-14, use plasma, but go for different strats. The 3 main ideas are:
- The Idol and/or Triboulet, with a deck made of all the same card if possible
- Steel Kings with Mime and Baron
- Perkeo with Observatory. Hard to do because it's based on a legendary joker and a tier 2 voucher.
@kitsunekei1 malogoss has some great advice, but in the end it really does come down to luck, a bit of strategy and a lot of patience. When I dedicated my gameplay to getting that high of a score it took me many attempts. Sometimes I would quit after the first ante if I didn't good a start with some useful jokers. I don't recommend giving up. The trick is finding the jokers and playstyle that work. I got really lucky during my play.

Early economy is key. On white stake, you can generate a LOT of money, because you don't need to allocate all of your resources to scoring to live. Things like the vouchers that lower the price of everything, or the voucher that makes rerolls cheaper, or the one that adds items in the shop should never be skipped in that scenario.
Chaos the clown is a joker that can save you heaps of money early on. Trading Card, like in many other scenarios, is a work horse.
If your only goal is to push beyond ante 13-14, you should also consider resetting runs at ante 5-6 if you don't have something really good going. Like exceptional economy, or good economy with 1-2 key components you need in the end.
In short, yes, you need some luck but the better your economy, the less luck you need. Once you're good at it, 2 runs in 3 should have great potential, something like that.
