Is there an end to this game?

I'm looking at buying Balatro, but I don't know how progression works. Is this Binding of Issac where it's like an arcade game or is this a game where you have meta progression but it eventually leads to an end where you're kinda meant to stop playing?

Same type of "end" as Binding of Isaac, you just keep playing until you're bored or you've done everything that gives achievements - which in this case means winning with every joker at least once on the hardest difficulty. There's zero story, so even more arcade-y than TBoI in a way.

There is meta progression, but just like Isaac, you can play Balatro forever.

You will never stop playing the game...
