RNG..?
So i noticed, or at least this is my experience, that the game kind of helps you sometimes with the jokers, celestial packs and stuff.
Im doing a lucky card run? then i am more likely to get the cat joker and even more magician tarot cards
Im playing too much straights? then im almost for sure getting the runner joker and some others, and yeah almost any celestial pack will have a jupiter.

I also used cheat engine to get me infinite money in another user to try something and, having negative showman, i would get the same few jokers after rerrolling too many times

and also it kind of trolls you sometimes, if i am going for a figures run, the game would give me the all cards are figures joker just before the next ante, wich have the unable figures joker.

This just may be MY OWN experience with the RNG of this awesome game.
And i know this just may be the very definition of RNG but its just too often I am not saying that i hate it but yeah, does this happens to anyone else?

(English is not my first lenguage so im sorry for my writing mistakes)

It's just confirmation bias. I sometimes get lucky and sometimes have the exact opposite experience. Once I had a non-seeded run where I got double Canios in the first Ante. I got 1 Hanged Man in Ante 2 and another one in 8 I think, right before the boss. That's it. Had I gotten more ways to destroy cards (or Paredolia) I could have got dozens of Xmults. None of it means anything.

Can confirm that it's confirmation bias. I've been tracking various random events for statistical reasons and none of the cards I've been tracking have been too wildly out of sync with statistical expectations.

The only outlier I have is a very long run of one outcome that shouldn't be expected in less than 10,000 trials. But that expectation is "by the time you get to 10k tests, you should see a longest run of X" with no statements about when it occurs, so in this case it just occurred very early in the data.

(For reference, it's the Gros Michel not going extinct)

For some jokers, having a specific card enhancement in your deck is a prerequisite for that joker appearing, which could give the appearance of the game biasing the RNG in your favour, when in reality it's removing the effect of RNG entirely, and just locking those jokers out of the pool completely.
