What joker should I sell?

I have a chance to beat orange stake but I'm not sure what joker to sell here for the boss. I have brainstorm copying flash card which is at +52 multi. I think thats the one I should sell. So I would would go from +104 mullti to +52. I am playing 3 to five of a kind depending on what I can get.

Do your cards have any enhancements or other effects, that'd make replaying them with seltzer worthwhile? If not I'd sell the stelzer. If you're generating enough mult from cards or hand levels, you could sell flash card and put the 3x mult joker in front to copy it twice. If your cards are generating mult multiplicatively (i.e. glass or polychrome cards) I'd sell flash card and copy seltzer twice.

Orange stake.

Normally, your hand levels are quite low. So the base numbers for chips and mult are quite low too. That means that Flash is not a joker you should sell. Your mult would drop too much.

Are you sure you can't beat that boss without selling a joker? Unless 50% of your hands scores come from enhanced cards and such, you probably could beat it without selling anything.

Else I'd sell Seltzer. But I have no idea what your deck is made of, in some cases it could be that Seltzer is more important than it usually is for me. So don't blindly sell Seltzer because I say so, it depends on many things.

yeah i dont have any polychrome or glass. some of the cards have the plus chips or multi on em. I was playing with the joker that give you extra hands and no discards but I had to sell last ante cause it was the needle boss so I picked up seltzer then. So yeah it sounds like I should just sell that then. thanks

Holy smokes. Do you know that Burglar actually gives you more hands when facing Needle? You'd have 10 hands in fact, if you copied Burglar twice, with Blueprint and Brainstorm.

I don't think I could beat it without my double 3x on the multiplier. Yeah I'm just gonna try selling seltzer. Currently my 3 of a kind is scoring over 400k

It was giving an extra 3 hands on top of my 4. So by copying it with blueprint and brainstorm I was starring my rounds with 13 hands. I had no idea that would apply to the needle as well. I guess they're saying 10 hands with the needle then. 1+3+3+3 but I didn't try it

Late to the party, but this was the only correct choice. Because it eventually causes itself to expire, you may as well get as much use out of it as you can, then sell it. Because of the forced-sell, you've already gotten as much use as you can get.

Yeah i I just knew I was scoring enough to beat the boss but wasn't sure how much seltzer was contributing. I didn't care about endless. Just wanted to beat orange.

It wasn't supposed to add 3 AFTER it reduced the hand to 1? At least for burglar. And maybe you had other joker that multiply the effect of the Burglar.

I sucked at the game due to some boss being horribly OP when I use my deck build skills that kinda suck and some boss require to be almost perfect lol So I stopped played due to that.

I'll have to hop into it again soon.

Yeah, I discovered that about the needle recently. I couldn't find anything to replace Burglar with before I hit The Needle. Then I discovered Burglar applies its effect after hands are set to 1, so it is a hard counter to The Needle.

Coincidentally, I also had Blueprint copying Burglar as well.
