Full Gold Stake Achievement not showing up.
Looking at the STATS, Deck Stake Wins 100% 120/120, so it registered but it's not showing up on steam.
Just finished my last gold stake minutes ago. [Red deck - Gold stake].

You need to finish one more run, any stake any difficulty, and it'll pop.
Pretty sure it's a simple mistake of the game first checking achievements, and only then updating the run tracker.
