Press and hold 'R' during game to do a fast restart, without clicking any prompts.

haha yeah i have 22 hours already despite only having it for 2.5 weeks. that might sound low but for my standards it's huge

For me this game is the most addictive since Slay the Spire. And has a lot of the same qualities: ability to complete a game in an hour or so, smartly scaled difficulty levels, familiar elements that randomize to make each run different and fun, rewards careful decision making, etc.
