I Have A Golden Ticket! Wait. No I don't!

I completed the task for, "Play a 5 card hand that contains only Gold cards." After my run ended, the game announced I unlocked the "Golden Ticket" achievement while displaying the card as expected whenever a new Joker is acquired. However, while the lock icon for the achievement has been removed from the Joker collection, the card for it isn't there. I know, some are probably thinking, the card is there, I'm just not looking carefully enough. Well, here's the other strange thing about that. I should have one card left to unlock, but the list claims I've only unlocked 148/150. The "Golden Ticket" was supposed to be #149 for me. The lock for #150 remains for me to achieve, unless the game screws me out of that unlock too. Anybody else encounter this issue with Joker unlocks?

You need to both unlock and then discover jokers, the latter being done by buying them in the shop during a run.

All items in Collection have two stage: Unlock and Discovery. To Unlock, you must achieve the required condition (Golden Joker = Play 5 Gold cards). Once unlocked, you must discover the Joker by finding them in the shop during an unseeded run, then buy it.

Thanks for the reply! Right after I posted this, I did encounter the ticket in the shop and purchased it. As you already surmised, the ticket now shows up in the collection and the unlock tally updated to 149/150. You think I would know better by now, but I felt certain unlocked Jokers still showed up on the collection list but would be labeled as "undiscovered." Even if I'm remembering that incorrectly, I definitely didn't notice the list won't update until the card is officially discovered/purchased during play.
